Before I gave the required two-month notice to move out, Ryan and I talked through what I was looking for, the timing of my move, and the state of the market. His insights were incredibly helpful, and once I gave my notice, he set up a profile for me on Realm, an intuitive and robust platform for browsing MLS listings. He set up an automated search for me based on my preferences for the unit and location, and I would get notified every time there was a new listing that matched my preferences. I was able to create my own custom searches, filter listings, comment on listings (for him to see), and share options with friends and family effortlessly. Ryan fine-tuned the search as we went along, making sure it was tailored to exactly what I wanted.
Ryan's communication was top-notch -- whether by phone, email, or text, he was always quick to respond. I could ask him as many questions as I wanted and he would make a point of answering each one clearly. He took me to several different showings, personally driving me to each one and making sure the times worked with my schedule. His honest feedback on every listing, based on his deep knowledge of the market and my preferences, was invaluable.
Ryan was also a huge help with all the paperwork and logistics, taking care of everything so that I could focus on finding the right place.
